Redesigned the flow of the feature development process which let us to make it more predictable.

Led the process of migration from the legacy tech stack (Jinja2 + Backbone.js + JQuery) to the new one (React + Redux). Created the tech roadmap, managed the stakeholders, and balanced developing product features and following the tech plan. Helped the team to dive deep into details of the new stack. The project was successfully completed and gave us the ability to create fast A/B tests and fast product experiments without any dependencies of other departments.

Was the initiator and the responsible one for adding to the development flow unit tests writing stage, which decreased the amount of bugfixing tasks.
